Return, Refund and Replacement
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer service team first. Please email info@lplashes.com to discuss details and receive further instructions.
You can return unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for all fees incurred when returning items to LaPetite Lashes.
LaPetite Lashes. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the selected shipping service.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
The return of eyelash glue, lifting glue, lash shampoo and vouchers is excluded.
In the case of used, dirty, damaged or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to retain part of the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given for any item returned within 14 days of receipt, after the product has been inspected by our receiving department. No refunds can be given for items that arrive at our warehouse damaged or used.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received by our distribution center team. Depending on the recipient's bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be received.
If an item is returned for refund, please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
SUBSTITUTE
In the unusual event that an item becomes damaged or stops working properly within the warranty period, please contact Customer Service who will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
If a returned item is no longer in stock, a reasonable alternative will be offered.
